Hello everyone,
I have something to share with you that the leadership of MYSO/MFC are very excited about.
MYSO/MFC is now officially a partner with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Club Standards Project. The NSCAA Club Standards Project provides professional assessments of member soccer organizations in three main areas: Player Development, Coach Development and Administrative Development.
Through the assessment process, organizations learn more about their strengths and weaknesses and gain critical insight into best practices from soccer clubs from across the nation. The outcome is a comprehensive report that will help shape the growth and development of MYSO/MFC for years to come.
Representatives from the NSCAA Club Standards Project, Robert Parr and Patrick Johnston, are scheduled to visit our organization March 25th, 26th and 27th. They will visit facilities, observe training sessions and conduct face to face interviews with coaches, parents, current and past board members, community leaders, community college and high school coaches, and others.
As a member of MYSO, we would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's Club Standards Project for MYSO/MFC.
Parents and coaches can participate in two ways.
First, parents can sign up for a face-to-face interview with Robert and Patrick on March 25th or 26th from 7-8 PM. Click here to reserve your seat.
Second, coaches can sign up for a face-to-face interview with Robert and Patrick on March 25th or 26th. Click here for specific times and to reserve your seat.
Third, coaches and parents can provide direct input to the assessment process by participating in our survey. Please tell us what you think; share with us what you have to say. Be a important part of the future of MYSO/MFC. Click here to access the survey.
These are exciting times for MYSO/MFC. We have much to be thankful for and we have much to look forward to.
Thank you very much for taking time to participate in this process and contribute to the future of our organization.
Warmest Regards,
Todd Pope President MYSO/MFC
